As we said in the first part, the experience of the area is purely subjective. And in fact every sample, or outstanding, has his way, the lives and describes it in an entirely personal. Maybe it has produced in years and years of playing and trying trial and error until you get to a technique that almost always works. Many sports psychologists recommend a daily practice of a technique which intends to 'not think about anything while you shot!'. The way to be in the area is strongly linked to mental schemes that a person shall, in accordance with their beliefs, thoughts, experiences and lessons that you have.

If you go, try this simple mental exercise (first read all to the end and make sure you understand the instructions).

Get in a quiet place where you're sure not to have to do anything that requires your full attention. Choose a place where you can relax and you're sure you will not be disturbed for about 15 minutes. For example, you can lie on the sofa in your home.

Take a few deep breath and close your eyes.
Think for once in your life when you had a performance by area: it could be an 'experience in sport or any other experience in which you were realizing what you had in automatically, easily, effortlessly and having fun. You can get a question like: 'What I tried one of those situations where everything was and I could easily feel the best of my ability?' And let your memory you propose the experiences of this kind. Are probably more than one. Start from what you want. Ask if what you saw, heard and felt when you had this exceptional performance. Enjoy the scene and the emotions connected to this positive experience.

When you're done, go back to the experience and try to understand what the benefit was to activate your access to the area: it was something you've seen (eg the color of the field)? was a sound or a voice that you heard (eg the noise of the blow on the ball, a sound or a word with a tone that particular)? or has been a feeling that you've tried (eg contact with your racquet, with your iron, the sensation of walking on the ground). So try to understand a sensory thing you did prove that experience for you that is an example of 'access to the area'. Repeat this with other episodes imagination of the area that your unconscious mind offers, when properly questioned. Take the case what are the factors in common between the various experiences of the area, especially for the time they start. And 'this magic moment that the threshold of the area, once you enter you may have at your disposal the most powerful resources, reawakening the sleeping giant within you, and to play at your best. (Here ends the 'year, you read that right here, now, if you like, ask the year and then continue reading)

At this point, some possible outcomes are: - you are able to access the area easily enough, but then what prevents you from doing so on a regular basis when you need? - You may have had difficulty or refusal to enter this area can understand what are these impediments? Because the issue is not how to access the area, but rather as re-enter and remain in situations where we need.
